Flexible Courier Pickup Service

Our courier services provide flexible pickup options for your convenience. Book before the cut-off time and same day parcel pickup is available.

Simply compare prices and select a service that works within your budget. Real-time delivery tracking is also available so you can monitor your parcel until it's out for delivery.

Courier pickups are scheduled between 9 am to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and Bank holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact time for the pickup. However, the courier agent will give you a call before arriving, please ensure that you answer the phone for a smooth and easy pickup process.

A parcel pickup can fail for a number of reasons. The most common cause is because the sender was not available when the courier agent attempted pickup, but it can also be due to the courier agent not being able to locate the pickup location, or simply running out of time due to bad traffic. In this case, courier agent will try to attempt pick up the following day.

Affixing the labels to your parcel
  • Simply print out the shipping label that we send you through your email and tape it to the box using clear packaging tape, ensuring the barcodes are kept straight and are not covered by tape.
  • Always provide correct mobile number for the receiver and sender.
