1. Scope
    These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Shipquickr website, platforms and Shipquickr Mobile Application (collectively, the “Applications”)  The Applications are owned by Sysconic technologies Private Limited (‘Shipquickr”).

  2. Eligibility
    The Application is provided by Shipquickr and available only to entities and persons who have reached the age of legal majority and are competent to enter into legally binding agreement(s) under the applicable law. If you does not qualify, you are not permitted to use the Application.

  3. Shipquickr Licenses
    All customised graphics, icons, and other items that appear on the applications are trademarks, service marks (“Marks”) of Shipquickr and licence to use such Marks may not be used or interfered with in any manner. Shipquickr does not convey to anyone, through allowing access to this website, any ownership rights in the Shipquickr applications or in any content appearing on the applications. You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, repost, perform, display or in any way commercially exploit any of the content available  in the Application or in any way reverse engineer the Applications.
    Shipquickr reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions from time to time without any notice and it is the responsibility of customer to go through policies, terms and conditions mentioned on this website.

  4. Modification of terms
    Shipquickr may revise and update these Terms and conditions any time. Your continued usage of the applications after any changes to these terms and conditions will be deemed as acceptance of such changes. Any aspect of the application may be changed, supplemented, deleted or updated without notice, at the sole discretion of Shipquickr.  
  5. Disclaimer of warranties
    The services, the content and the information on this website are provided on an “as is” basis. Shipquickr to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties rights and fitness for a particular purpose. Shipquickr its affiliates and licensors make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, security or timeliness of the services, content or information provided on or through the Shipquickr applications. 
  6. Limitation of Liability
    Use of the Shipquickr applications and its content is at your sole risk. Shipquickr will in no event be liable to you or any person or entity claiming through you for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or other damages under any theory of law for any errors in or the use of or inability to use the Shipquickr application and its content including without limitation, damage for lost profits, business, data, or damage to any computer systems, even if you have advised Shipquickr of the possibility of such damages.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India and courts in Lucknow, India will have jurisdiction.
